Time For Tea Designs - Painter Bonnie

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm using this fab Painter Bonnie digital stamp. What is even more fab is that you get a Copic Bonnie version too included. How great is that? We all love a bargain. So whether it's a copic crafty friend or a painter crafty friend you have an image for both!

I coloured Bonnie with my Copic markers and added some dots with my white gel pen to her top and shoes. The white cardstock is a shiny textured card that looks like canvas which was perfect for the painting theme. I added a strip of paint splash paper down the left side. I cut the paint palette on my ScanNCut and added some coloured card candy as the paint. I finished it off with the sentiment from a Woodware set about crafting called Hanmade By.

I'm using a robin from the
Collection

I've used this cute robin and added the elf hat which is part of the accessories. He's coloured in elf colours with my copic markers. I cut him out using the wrapped stitches die. I added some green card and stripey red card to give the tag an elf look I also added the red ruffle and belt. I then went round it with a white gel pen giving a faux stitch look. A little bit of red twine in a bow and some jingle bells to add some fun. Finished it off with the mini alphabet letters which are self adhesive.

Time For Tea Designs - Santa Baby

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

I've used this gorgeous Santa Baby red rubber stamp from Time For Tea Designs, that's available in limited numbers from the Etsy Shop

I coloured her in traditional Santa red adding some glamour dust to her hat and dress. I used these beautiful muted Christmas papers from Nitwit Collections called All Is Calm. It really is a beautiful collection. I wanted the image to pop out from the muted tones. I added a matching seam binding bow and doily. The little holly heart cookie button I've had for ages and finished it off perfectly.

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.
I'm using another robin from one of the 2 November new releases.
This is Robin With Mistletoe from the Season's Tweetings  collection. I've coloured him with my Copic markers. I added the sentiment below from the collection and printed it all at together with the robin. I then cut him out using the wrapped stitched circle dies. I printed out the mistletoe paper from the Christmas Linen collection from Nitwit Collections. I also printed out the mistletoe digi stamp that's part of the Season's Tweetings collection and coloured it with copics. I then mounted it with 3d foam pads and added the tartan bow. I then added white Nuvo drops to all the mistletoe berries.

Time For Tea Designs - Christmas Stocking

Thursday again and my Time For Tea Designs DT card for today.

Time for the Christmas cards to start being made. For my card I've used Christmas Stocking which is available as a red rubber stamp in the Time For Tea Designs Etsy shop.
I've coloured her with Copics and added glitter to her dress. I did her hair like a silvery grey and added some glitter pen lines to make it sparkle. I cut out a circle shaped card so I could make it look like a bauble. The top of the bauble was cut out of silver sparkle card on my ScanNCut.
I cut the poinsettia out of blue cardstock with an adhesive sheet on top  and added the glitter and some small silver beads. The words are Tim Holtz and were done the same as the poinsettia. Some ribbon to finish it off.

Time For Tea Designs - Bride Of Frankenstein

Thursday again and my Time For Tea Designs DT card for today.

I'm still in Halloween mode so I've used this lovely image called Hide n Seek from Time For Tea Designs.
She's not a Halloween image but I've used some artistic license to make her into The Bride Of Frankenstein.
I drew some curly lines in her hair so I could add the white streak. I coloured her quite pale and added some red stitch lines on her face and arms. I also added some lines to look like bandages on her arms.
I printed out the name on the gravestone and cut it out with my Spellbinders Tombstones Dies. I ripped some white card and layered it to look like bandages on the card base. I inked the edges slightly with Black Soot Distress Oxide.
The rail is a Poppystamps die and some googly eyes in the corner to finish off.
The sentiment is very glittery and I couldn't get a decent photo of it.
It says A Spooky Kind Of Love. Just perfect for this Spooky couple.

I then cut the bat on my ScanNCut  and the RIP using an old Cuttlebug alphabet called Olivia and stuck them onto the tombstone.Another inking using the Black Soot. I cut the tree on my ScanNCut and attached it to the back of the card. I then cut out the cat and cobweb and added them. A little spider charm on the cobweb to finish it off.

T4T Designs - Nuts About you

Thursday and my Time For Tea Designs DT card for today.

For my card I've used the tree stump and squirrel from the Nuts About You collection. I used Word and added the squirrel twice and flipped one so they were facing and sat them on the tree stump. I coloured them with my Copic markers. I cut the Tim Holtz birch trees from kraft card and stuck it onto a panel of the patterned paper from the Country Lady collection by Nitwit.I then mounted it onto some kraft card and added a raffia bow at the bottom. I printed out one of the sentiments from the digi collection and cut it out with a fishtail die. I added another raffia bow to the end of it. Finally I cut three hearts and added them above the squirrels.

T4T Designs - Winter Coat

Thursday and my Time For Tea Designs DT card for today.

Today I'm sharing a card using Winter Coat which is available in a limited number of rubber stamps.
They're available to buy in the T4T Designs Facebook shop.

I've coloured her in autumn colours as it'll soon be the time for warm coats. It's turned a bit chillier here in the last few weeks and looks like summer is definitely over.
I paper pieced her dress to match the papers I was using which are in lovely autumn tones. The foliage was a wreath die which I cut in half and used on two of the corners.
Some flowers and some grosgrain ribbon to finish the card.

T4T Designs - Reading Girl

Thursday again and my regular Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm using this lovely digi stamp called Reading Girl. She's available to buy in the T4T Designs Etsy shop. I love reading myself so had to buy her. I wanted to go slightly vintage so coloured her in brown tones with my Copic markers. I paper pieced her top with  a paper from Raspberry Road Calico Patches digi paper set. I also did the book with it. I used my distress tool on both the papers and roughed up the edges. The old paper I tore a V out of and then scrunched up in my hand so it would be all crinkled when I opened it back out. I layered it onto the floral paper and used my Timh Holtz stamping platform to stamp the dream in the V. I cut the hearts out using kraft, corrugated card and some of the script paper and layered them up, adding a twine bow. I added the distressed metal button and scattered a few dewdrops.

T4T Designs - Roses

Thursday and my regular Time For Tea DT post.

For my card I've used this pretty image called Roses. She's coloured with Copic markers as always.  I've been practising doing pleats and folds. I used some Nitwit collections papers and made a patched effect with them. I doodled round the image with a black fineliner and also round the sentiment which is by Paper Smooches.
I cut out 3 circles by hand from the patterened paper and scrunched them up. I then opened them out and glued them together to give this primitive style flower. A few pearls to finish.

Happy 4th Of July!

Today our friends in the USA are celebrating Independence Day. Six years ago today I gave mine up and got married!

For my card I've used this perfect image called Stars & Stripes who is available in the Time For Tea Designs Etsy store

I've coloured her in with my copic markers in red, white and blue of course. I bought this Penny Black Starry die just a week or so ago and it fitted in exactly with what I wanted on the card. I cut it out twice on my piece of white cardstock and backed each one with red and blue cardstock. I mounted it with 3d foam tape on some layerd red white and blue cardstock. Added the dewdrops and printed the sentiment on the PC. Lovely simple card!

T4T Designs - Music Girl

Thursday and time again for my usual weekly post for Time For Tea Designs.
For my card this week I wanted to use this fab image called Music Girl. She's available to buy in the Time For Tea Designs Etsy Shop
I wanted to show my longstanding love for rock music so decided to cut out an old vinyl record shape on my ScanNCut.  That was what was around when I was a teenager. I shouldn't really say old as they're making a comeback. The Music Swirl is from Amy Designs. The You script word was another ScanNCut file. The Rock word is a Spellbinders die which I cut 3 times and layered up. A few dewdrops to finish.
