Whimsy Stamps - Devina

I'm sharing a circle card today featuring this cute Pollycraft Devina as part of the Digital Diva's DT for Whimsy Stamps.

I inked the circle with Festive Berries and Black Soot distress oxides. I then cut the Slimline Hearts die out and used it as a stencil using Black Soot. I splattered the background using my Posca Paint pens in black, red and white. I coloured Devina with my Copics and fussy cut her out. I then adhered her to the card. I cut the Happy sentiment die twice with white card for some dimension and added it. To finish off, I stamped the Halloween word from the Going Batty clear stamp set and went round it with my black fineliner.

Whimsy Stamps - SOG Wraith Mae

I'm sharing a card today featuring this cute Some Odd Girl Wraith Mae as part of the Digital Diva's DT for Whimsy Stamps.

I've made a slimline card this week. I wanted to keep it monochromatic so coloured Wraith Mae with cool tone greys and BV Copics

I printed the digi sentiment from the Haunting Halloween Sentiments set onto the card base in position to peek through the bottom window. I cut out the Wobbly Windows die in black card and matted it onto the card base, leaving the bottom left of the middle window so I could have Wraith Mae look like she was coming out of the window.

I added the stamped Eek in the top window and finished off with the googly eyes.

Whimsy Stamps - Gnome Pumpkin Peeking

I'm sharing a card today featuring this cute Gnome Pumpkin Peeking as part of the Digital Diva's DT for Whimsy Stamp.

I matted the spider web paper from the Vintage Halloween paper pack onto some green card and added a strip of the stripey paper across the bottom. I coloured the Gnome Pumpkin Peeking digi stamp with my copic markers and gave him a stripey hat to match the paper. I stamped the Boo! from the Going Batty stamp set and then cut it out using the stitched and pierced circle die. I spritzed some muslin cloth with Antique Linen distress oxide spray and when it was dry I adhered it to the card on the right and added the image on top. I offset it off the edge and trimmed it straight.

I love all the Whimsy Gnomes!

Whimsy Stamps - Zombie Stella

Today sees the New Digi release from Whimsy Stamps for October

I'm sharing a card today featuring Meljens Zombie Stella as part of the Digital Diva's DT.

I cut out my cardstock using the Zig Zag Rectangles. I then blended Shaded Lilac, Wilted Violet and Black Soot starting from the inside working out.. I then gave it a spritz with Hocus Pocus and Empty Tomb Distress mica stain which gives a glimmery look.

I stamped the branches from the Grave Epitaph set in Nocturne black and made a few look like lightning which I heat embossed with white embossing powder.

I coloured Zombie Stella with my copics and fussy cut her out. I adhered her to a couple of strips of one of the papers from the Vintage Halloween paper pack. I hand cut a grave and stamped on it using more stamps from the Grave Epitaph set. To finish off I stamped the EEK from the Going Batty set.

Feature A Creature

I've made a jar shaped card for my project this week. I used an SVG cutting file from My Scrap Chick and cut all the parts out on my ScanNCut using black card and my patterned papers.
I assembled it all using all the different parts.
I coloured the bats from Oddball Art Co. using my Copics and adhered them using 3D foam pads.
I added some black and orange ribbon around the lid of the jar and added a spider button.
I printed the sentiment and inked around the edges with Black Soot Distress Oxide ink.
I popped that under the ribbon bow to finish it off.

Time For Tea Designs - Bride Of Frankenstein

Thursday again and my Time For Tea Designs DT card for today.

I'm still in Halloween mode so I've used this lovely image called Hide n Seek from Time For Tea Designs.
She's not a Halloween image but I've used some artistic license to make her into The Bride Of Frankenstein.
I drew some curly lines in her hair so I could add the white streak. I coloured her quite pale and added some red stitch lines on her face and arms. I also added some lines to look like bandages on her arms.
I printed out the name on the gravestone and cut it out with my Spellbinders Tombstones Dies. I ripped some white card and layered it to look like bandages on the card base. I inked the edges slightly with Black Soot Distress Oxide.
The rail is a Poppystamps die and some googly eyes in the corner to finish off.
The sentiment is very glittery and I couldn't get a decent photo of it.
It says A Spooky Kind Of Love. Just perfect for this Spooky couple.

This week the theme from Team Abi is
Chevrons Or Stripes

Another Halloween card. (Yes I love Halloween)
I've used this fab digi stamp from Digi Doodle Studios called Witchy Shoes. I've coloured it with my copic markers. The papers are from Doodlebug which I love. I cut the spiders web corners using a Cheery Lynn doe and added them to three of the corners. I printed the sentiment on my PC and added it to the top right. A few sequins to finish it off.
I'd love boots like that!
