Autumn

 

I've used the Foxes digi stamp set from Vera Lane Studio for my Autumn themed card. I've coloured them with Copics. I sprayed my background with Mustard Seed distress spray stain and then inked through the stencil in autumnal tones. I added some background stamping using stamps from AALL and Create. I coloured in some of the leaves from the Leaves digi set also from VLS. I arranged the leaves in opposite corners and adhered them along with some Autumn berry embellishments. I added some washi to ground my images and then added the fussy cut Foxes. To finish I doodled with my white gel pen.

Doodling

 

I've made a 6x6 journal page using Present Patient Peaceful from Vera Lane Studio. I've coloured her with my copic markers.

I used the White Lotus stencil to emboss my card lightly. I then used Lindy's Magicals to add colour to the background. I put the stencil back in place and used Distress Oxide to add some deeper shades to the centre of the flowers. I also used the Starburst stencil to add some light sun rays. I added some background stamping using the Background Voices stamp set. 

I used my white Posca pen to add some white paint splashes. I grounded the image on some washi tape and added doodles to her dress and around the page. Also on the sun rays.

Inspired By A Book/Song/Film

 

 My card is inspired by the Madonna song Holiday. I coloured the image from All Dressed Up with copic markers to coordinate with my Nitwit Collections papers. I matted the papers onto my card base. I die cut the image using my Memory Box die and added it to the card. I die cut the sentiment using my Penny Black die and adhered that to the card. I finished off by adding the sentiment and the Holiday dictionary definition.

Flowers

 

It was Frida Kahlo's birthday on the 6th July so I used this fantastic new image from Vera Lane Studio called Frida Dee. She has fabulous flowers in her hair! I coloured her with my copic markers and fussy cut her out. 

The taqueria was an svg cut file from Dreaming Tree that I cut using my ScanNCut. Frida Dee decided she needed some tacos...lol. I'm sure a few tequilas will be drunk too.

 I've used this beautiful image from Mo Manning and coloured her with copic markers, and paper piecing her dress.

I matted my patterned papers from Nitwit Collections onto my card and added the coloured image. I printed the Fabulous sentiment from LOTV and added that. I then die cut the Penny Black Happy Birthday and the name and the 40. I adhered them all to the card to finish it off.

Masculine

 

I've used this bowling image from Just Inklined and coloured it with my copic markers. I matted my papers onto my card base and added the bowling image. I then die cut the Penny Black Happy Birthday die and added it to the top right of the card. I cut out the name using a Sizzix Tim Holtz alphabet and then cut it out with a banner die. To finish off I cut out the 60 with Memory Box number dies.

Easter/Spring

 

I've made a Spring themed ATC for the challenge. The bunny image is from the Honey Bunny set from Vera Lane Studio which I coloured with my copic markers. I added some doodling with my white gel pen.

I adhered the Nitwit Collections paper to my ATC background and stamped the flowers in Mowed Lawn distress ink. I then stamped the sentiment and inked the edges before adhering to the ATC

No Squares

 

I've made a circle card using this sweet little pig from the Streaky Bacon set by Tracey Hey.I coloured him with copic markers and cut him out using a circle die from Gummiapan. I used Lindy's Magicals to make my background and cut it out with the same circle dies. I embossed some stars using gold embossing powder and added some gold and white paint splatters. I mounted the image on 3d foam pads and then stamped the sentiment and added it to finish it off.

Cards For Kids

 

I coloured up this older Dino image from LMMS and cut out with my pierced squares die. I matted the Nitwit collections paper onto my card base and added the image, I then die cut the Whimsy Stamps Happy die and adhered above the image. I stamped the Birthday sentiment below next to the dino. I then used my Memory Box wrapped stitched circles die and cut out 5 circles. I cut the letters from the boys name using my Lil Inkers stitched alpha and adhered them to the circles. Once I had added them to the card I printed out the rest of the sentiment to finish off.
