T4T Designs - Emily and Ernie

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.
Today I'm sharing another one of Jo's new redux versions of an older image. This is  Emily and Ernie, which is available to buy in the shop.
I coloured the image with my Copic markers and made Ernie a little spotty dog. Isn't he cute?
I layered up my matching papers and cut the flower and bow using my MFT dies in matching paper. I also did the knitted effect on her scarf with my Copics and Prismacolor pencils. I do need to practice it more but I'm fairly happy with it.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
Dr Seuss Birthday

I decided to use this Dr. Seuss quote as the inspiration for my card. I coloured this super fun dog image from Goebie Designs who is a bit quirky with the bone through his head. He'd definitely stand out!
I added some pawprint digi paper across the top of my card with some twine wrapped around it. I added the quote using the mini alphabet stickers and mounted the image to the right on 3D foam pads.

T4T Designs - Reading Rosie and Ralph

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing one of Jo's new redux version of an older image. This is Reading Rosie and Ralph, which is available in the shop.
I merged the image with the book page digital paper and printed it out. I then coloured her with my Copic markers. I cut the Dream sentiment on my ScanNcut x3 and glued them together to give it extra thickness. The sentiment I printed on my PC. The words were from a Tim Holtz booklet. Some dewdrops to finish it off.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
Valentine's

For my card I've used this fantastic stamp from Stamping Bella called Love Potion Oddball. I  love these oddball characters so much. I had coloured her up for The Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring Challenge on Instagram so she was ready to make into a card. Perfect for a quirky Valentine's card.

I cut an oval from a piece of white card  and doodled round the edge with a black fine liner. I embossed a piece of black card with the heartstrings embossing folder and placed it below the oval. I mounted the oddball on 3D foam pads to the right of the oval and the sentiment from the set to the left. I cut the Love die in red card and added it at the bottom left. Some little hearts to finish it off.

Have a lovely Valentine's Day however you celebrate it. (or don't)

T4T Designs - Thank You Balloons

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

It's an exciting time at Time For Tea Designs. Jo has just launched a new website with a new blog and website on it. There's also some new DT members join us. All links at the end of this post.

I'm using the bear from the Thank You Beary Much collection for my card. I've gone tall and thin for this card.I used the solid balloon from the set and coloured it two contrasting colours in my photo editing software and placed them over the digi paper then printed it out. Next I used the Balloon outline and printed it onto glitter card and mirror card and cut them out. I mounted them with 3D foam pads to give some dimension. I coloured the image with Copic markers and adhered him to the bottom of my card. I cut the sentiment on my ScanNCut and adhered it between the bear and the balloons. A few sequins to finish it off.

Don't forget to pop over to the new website and check it out.

T4T Designs - Hugs

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

I've used this gorgeous image called Hugs and cropped her a bit. I coloured her with my Copic markers. I cut the jigsaw pieces out on my ScanNCut and adhered them in place on some grey card. I cut out the image using my wrapped stitched circles and mounted it on 3D foam pads. Once I had positioned my image I stamped the sentiment in the bottom left corner.

Pink and grey seem to be a popular colour combo for me at the moment!

The theme from Team Wendy is
Hat Tip to Burns Night

Show us your Scottish Kit
(Tartan, Nessie, Princess Merida, Scottish Food,
                Bagpipes, Whisky Drams)

I've used this cute Scottie Dog image from Fred She Said. I bought it ages ago and have never used it. I'm not even sure if they're still about.
I coloured him with my copic markers and cut him out with my stitched rectangle dies. I stamped the sentiment and added a strip of tartan card. Next I matted it onto the tartan card with 3d foam pads. Some thistles to finish it off.

T4T Designs - Purrfect Love

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.
I'm using two of the cute cats from the Mew Are Pawsome clear stamp set that's available in the Etsy shop. It's also available to buy with the matching dies too.

I coloured the kitties with my copic markers and cut them out. I added some Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide to my Gelli plate and brayered it over all the surface. I then pressed one side of the embossing folder into the Gelli plate and then lifted it off. Next I pressed my white cardstock down onto it and pressed firmly all over. When I lifted it it left this fab background. While that dried I printed the XO border on my PC and matted it onto some red cardstock. I printed the Purrfect sentiment from the stamp set onto some vellum and adhered it on top of the XO border. Once the background was dry I matted it onto some white and red cardstock and adhered my border in place. I then stuck the kitties in place mounted on 3D foam pads. I cut out the Love word arrow and stuck it in place. Finally some die cut hearts to finish it off.

Purrfect for that someone special!

T4T Designs - I Woof You

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

I'm using one of the cute dogs from the It's Pawty Time clear stamp set that's available in the Etsy shop. It's also available to buy with the matching dies too.

I started by stamping the dog, bone and I woof you sentiment using my Tim Holtz stamping platform and coloured it in with my Copic markers. I cut it out using the Avery Elle Wonky Stitched Rectangle and added a little die cut heart to the dog's head. I then used the same three stamps to make my backing paper. I stamped them all multiple times using Memento London Fog Ink. I didn't want it too in your face so chose not to use black. I matted it onto red card along with my image. I added a little washi tape tail under the image and then stamped some paw prints from the stamp set using black ink as I did want them to stand out.
A super cute card.
