For my card I've used this fab image from Vera Lane Studio. She's from the April set. I used the banner and made it into a headband. I've coloured her with copic markers and added some white gel pen highlights.
I used the Ring The Changes stencil from AAll and Create and sponged Twisted Citron and Peeled Paint Distress Oxides through it to form the border.
I finished it off with a sentiment that I've had for many years from a company called Elzybels.
