Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
You Are My Sunshine

So this week we want to see
creations that have a 'sun' on them.
It can be a diecut sun, a paper pattern with a sun on it,
or perhaps you have one of those fancy sun rays stencils?!
Whatever you choose to do, just make sure it's sunny
and remember to add some stamping.

I coloured in this sweet image from Pollycraft at Whimsy stamps called Dude for the Daily Marker 30 Day Colouring challenge so he was perfect for the challenge theme.
I decided to make a pop up box card with a surf theme using an SVG cutting file from Lori Whitlock.
I cut it out on my ScanNCut and used my La La Land sun and clouds die instead of the ones included with the file.
The Surf's Up sentiment is another SVG cutting file from Snap Click Supply. The Dude sentiment I made using one of my fonts in SCAL.
I just needed to add the little Dude with some 3D foam pads to the bottom right at the front.
The sun is at the wrong side for how I coloured him but I'm just using some artistic licence.

Love how it turned out!

Time For Tea Designs - Simply Cards And Papercraft Freebies

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.
Today I'm sharing a card featuring one of the free digital stamps that are in this months
Simply Cards and Papercrafts which is out now.
I coloured the little dog with my Copic markers to look like a spotty dog. I coloured the cupcake and added some clear Wink of Stella to the icing.
I matted a layer of my patterned paper onto some purple cardstock and added to my card blank.
I then cut out a rectangle od purple card using my wrapped stitched rectangles and added a circle of patterned paper using the wrapped  stitched circles.
I adhered it to the rest of the card. I mounted the dog and cupcake on 3D foam pads and added at the bottom of the circle.
I cut out a layered flower from the Stitched Blooms die using the papers and added to the top right of the circle.
I finished it off with the Yappy Birthday sentiment.

Time For Tea Designs - Bonjour Bonnie

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a card featuring one of the new digital stamp releases.
It's called

I decided to make my card look like a postcard using the fabulous Nitwit Collections Ooh La La papers. I used the postcard and layered the stamp using my photo editing software. I use Paint.NET  which is fab and free. Get it at /https://www.getpaint.net/

I coloured Bonnie with my copic markers and cut her out. I designed the Ooh La La in my SCAL software and cut it out with my ScanNCut x3 and layered it up to get some dimension.
I printed the Poodle sentiment on my paper and cut out using my tag die. I added some dotty black ribbon to the ribbon slider and glued to the top of the tag.
I adhered it to the left of the postcard and then placed Bonnie in the middle on some 3D foam pads.
A few little pink and black sequins to finish.

Bonnie est tres chic!

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge

The theme from Team Wendy is
Anything Goes
with the option of
Celebrating The Queen's Birthday

I've gone with the Queen Of Hearts Ellie from The Paper Nest Dolls for my Royal theme. I coloured her with my copic markers and matted her onto some white card shaped to look like a Queen of Hearts playing card. I matted the Fantastic Frou Frou Alice paper onto some red card and then stuck to my card blank. I punch a heart border from kraft card using the Martha Stewart punch and added the pearl hearts which I coloured with my copics to look like jam tarts.
The heart and Love are dies from The Works. I layered the Love and embossed the heart with a swirling heart embossing folder.
Two of the little banner parts from the La La Land Banner die to finish it off.

Time For Tea Designs - New Release Preview

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a sneaky preview of one of the new releases.
It's called
 Giant Ice Cream Bonnie
and will be released on the 15th of June.

For my project I used this fabulous 3D Ice Cream Van from SVG Cuts. I cut all the pieces with my ScanNCut from pastel coloured cardstock and the panels were cut from Nitwit Collections Slice Of Life papers. I added the vellum windows and glued it all together adding the buttons to the centre of the wheels.
I coloured Giant Ice Cream Bonnie with my Copic markers and adhered her to the ice cream van with 3D foam.
I found the ice cream clipart and added one of the sentiments to it. Printed it out and made a sign board to stand next to the van.

It looks super cute IRL.

Time For Tea Designs - Bee Happy

Thursday and time for another Time For Tea DT post.

Today I'm sharing a card using the fantastic new stamp and die set called

They are both available to buy in the SHOP now.
It's also available to buy from Create And Craft TV
This is the last of my cards that were featured on Create and Craft.

I decided to go for a different colour scheme for this card instead of the usual black and yellow. I did some mirror stamping of the bees and then coloured them with my Copic markers and coloured the baskets and flowers in purples and pinks.
I trimmed my Nitwit Collections paper down to fit my pink card base leaving a pink strip along the top. I also rounded the bottom right corner.
I then ran a strip of pink card through my paper crimper and stuck this across the middle of the card.
I cut one of the Stitched Hexagons out of a darker pink card and stuck it to the left of the crimped panel. I cut the flower outof the same papers using the MFT Stitched Blooms die and stuck it in the bottom left of the hexagon frame.
I then added the mirror stamped bees to the hexagon frame. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with the stitched banner die and attached it to the bottom right with 3D foam pads. Some pink sequins to finish,

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and time for another
Sweet Stampin' Challenge
The theme from Team Wendy is
Anything Goes
with the option of
World Oceans Day
(nautical/sea/ocean themed)

I absolutely adore puffins and so when I seen these super cute stamps from Alpaca Pals by Tracey Hey I just had to buy them (as you do!)
I wanted to go with a Scottish puffin so paper pieced the black parts with black tartan paper. I coloured the rest with my Copic markers.
I cut out my tag from white card and embossed a panel to fit on it. I watercoloured over it with some Light Blue to give a water effect. I mounted the puffins with 3D foam pads on the bottom right corner. I cut a panel of black card to fit my card base and doodled around the edge with my white gel pen and added the tag to it with 3D foam pads. I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment in white on the black card and doodled around it with the white gel pen too. I then added iy to my card on the left. I added some black ribbon and a button to the top of the tag. Some blue sequins to finish it off.

I really do love those puffins! (with a Scottish twist)
