T4T Designs - New Release

Thursday and my regular Time For Tea DT post.
It's also time for the June release and there's 3...yes 3 new digi collections. The main characters can also be bought as stand alone digis.

The 3 new  collections are

All are available to buy in the Time For Tea Designs Etsy store.

For my card I've used the pint glass from the Hey Handsome collection. This collection is perfect for male cards. I used the pint glass image twice. Flipped one vertically so I could have them touching. I then used two of the fabulous sentiments in the set and added them above and below. Coloured it with my Copic markers and added some glossy accents to the two glasses. Some checked paper and some beer papers are the base of my card. Added some brown grosgrain ribbon and a bottle top to finish it off.  Perfect for the beer loving male.

T4T Designs - Music Girl

Thursday and time again for my usual weekly post for Time For Tea Designs.
For my card this week I wanted to use this fab image called Music Girl. She's available to buy in the Time For Tea Designs Etsy Shop
I wanted to show my longstanding love for rock music so decided to cut out an old vinyl record shape on my ScanNCut.  That was what was around when I was a teenager. I shouldn't really say old as they're making a comeback. The Music Swirl is from Amy Designs. The You script word was another ScanNCut file. The Rock word is a Spellbinders die which I cut 3 times and layered up. A few dewdrops to finish.

Sweet Stampin' Challenge

Saturday and another new challenge at
This week the theme from Team Abi is
Weddings
I don't normally use stamps or images on wedding cards. I prefer a more classic look, but as this is a stamping challenge blog I used this super cute digi from Digi Stamp Boutique. I coloured it with my copics and inked round the edge with Bundled Sage Distress Oxide. The papers are a lovely vintage look from Anna Marie Designs in soft greens and pinks. I cut the Mr & Mrs in white and inked it with the Distress Oxide too so it pulled it all together.
Some Prima hydrangeas in green and pink and some pearls to finish it off.

For my card I'm Celebrating Passing a Science exam, be it Chemistry, Physics  etc.
I've used this fab image called Geeky Glasses from the Time For Tea Designs Etsy shop.
I coloured her with Copic markers. The papers and some of the elements are from my favourite Nitwit Collections and are called Inventions. I also used my MFT Chemistry set dies to cut out the beakers. I did cut them from acetate to look like glass beakers but you can only just make them out. The atom s were also from that set. The Einstein Theory of Relativity and Geek Chic are stamps from a Bert and Gert's Set which I love.

T4T Designs - Anyone For Tennis

Well it's getting near to Wimbledon time so my card is using this lovely tennis girl from Time For Tea Designs called Anyone For Tennis.
I've coloured her with my copic markers and cut her out on my ScanNCut. The papers are from the Enchanting Collection by Nitwit Collections. Althought the net is supposed to be a fishing net, I thought it would work to give the impression of a tennis net. The word LOVE was cut on my ScanNCut.

I decided to celebrate a New Home.
I've used this image called Decorating Day from the Time For Tea Designs Etsy Shop.
I've coloured her with my Copic markers and cut her out on my Brother ScanNCut. I embossed a piece of white textured cardstock with the Crafter's Companion Dry Stone Wall embossing folder.I then cut out the Tim Holtz Passage Door die twice and raised the panels with foam tape. I inked it in Candied Apple Distress Oxide and left one of the panels to look unpainted. A couple of the corner sprigs from Spellbinders and the sentiment was cut on my ScanNCut.
